University Of Nairobi

Established in 1970, the University of Nairobi is the pioneer institution of University education in Kenya and the region. It responded to the national, regional and Africa's high level manpower training needs by developing and evolving strong, diversified academic programmes and specializations in sciences, applied sciences, technology, humanities, social sciences and the arts.

The university has 10 campuses  in the capital city and its environs, 11 faculties, 326 academic programmes, over eighty thousand students and over 240,000 alumni.
